You can book your massage directly through our online scheduling system or by contacting us via phone or email. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
When you arrive, you’ll fill out a brief intake form and have a short conversation with your therapist about your goals, preferences, and any areas of concern. You’ll then be given privacy to undress to your comfort level and get on the massage table. Your therapist will check in with you throughout the session to ensure you're comfortable.
It’s entirely up to you. Some clients enjoy chatting, while others prefer silence to fully relax. Your therapist will follow your lead. That said, if something needs to be adjusted (pressure, temperature, positioning), we encourage you to speak up.
No, you should only undress to your comfort level. Most people choose to fully undress for their session, but it is completely up to you. You will be properly draped at all times, with only the area being worked on uncovered. We will not massage any area you choose to keep clothed, and your comfort and boundaries will always be respected. Please feel free to communicate any preferences before or during your session.
Massage should never be painful. Some therapeutic techniques may involve deeper pressure, but you’re always encouraged to communicate what feels good and what doesn’t. We will adjust pressure levels and techniques to ensure your experience is effective and comfortable.
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice to receive a full refund.
Cancellations made 12–24 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the service fee.
Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice or no-shows will be charged the full service fee, and the remaining balance must be paid before booking a future appointment.
Tipping is not required, but it is always appreciated. Gratuity is not included in the massage price. If you’d like to leave a tip, you’re welcome to do so in cash or via Venmo at the time of your appointment.
After your session, it's important to drink plenty of water, rest if needed, and listen to your body. Some mild soreness can be normal after deeper work. Your therapist may offer simple self-care tips or stretches based on your specific needs.
It depends on your needs and goals. Some people benefit from weekly sessions, especially for injury recovery or chronic tension, while others come monthly for general maintenance. Your therapist can help you develop a plan that fits your lifestyle and health needs.
