1. Services- MH Massage provides professional massage therapy services performed by a licensed massage therapist. All services are by appointment only and are subject to availability.

2. Eligibility- Clients must be 18 years or older, or have parental or guardian consent to receive massage services.

3. Health Disclosure- Clients are required to disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or allergies that may impact treatment. MH Massage reserves the right to decline service if it is not appropriate for your condition.

4. Payment- A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit covers 50% of the total service cost (excluding gratuity) and will be applied to your final balance. The remaining 50% is due at the time of your appointment.

Gratuity is not included in the service price. While not required, it is always appreciated and may be given in cash or via Venmo at your appointment.

We accept credit cards and other agreed-upon methods for payment.

5. Cancellations and No-Shows- You may cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice to receive a full refund.

Fees for late cancellations are as follows:

12–24 hours’ notice: 50% of the service fee will be charged

Less than 12 hours’ notice or no-show: The full service fee will be charged, and the remaining balance must be paid before you can book another appointment.

If a refund is issued, it will be processed the following business day. Depending on your bank or payment provider, funds typically return to your account within 3–5 business days.

6. Code of Conduct- MH Massage maintains a safe, professional, and respectful environment. Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session and may be reported. No refund will be given if a session is ended due to inappropriate behavior.

7. Changes to Terms- MH Massage may update these Terms of Use at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
